Lamont Land - Ridgemont

Lamont Land is a land developer with a well-earned reputation for doing things differently. Since 1991, we’ve been committed to innovative planning, responsible development, and creating exceptional communities for homebuyers with diverse lifestyles and budgets. From single-family neighbourhoods to multi-family projects, we design our communities to deliver long-term value, comfort, and amenities where people can truly live, work, and play.

At Lamont Land, we believe great communities start with respect — for people and for the land itself. We take a hands-on approach to design, ensuring that every lot, park, and pathway is planned with purpose — from maximizing sunlight and views to fostering connections among neighbours. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Whether preserving green spaces, integrating natural wetlands, or designing with the landscape in mind, we approach each project as stewards of the land, developing with integrity and a genuine sense of responsibility.

Ridgemont is designed around a simple idea: when thoughtful planning, natural beauty, and everyday convenience come together, life becomes easier to enjoy. From connected parks and pathways to a variety of home styles and nearby amenities, every part of the community has been carefully planned to create a welcoming neighbourhood where people can put down roots, build connections, and enjoy every stage of life.
